Your personal data will be processed for a period necessary to achieve the specified purposes, in accordance with the criteria set out in legal regulations, including securing any potential claims for a period of 6 years.
In the case of processing for marketing purposes based on your consent (art. 6 ust 1 lit a RODO) , until the withdrawal of such consent by you.
In connection with the processing of data by ARTBUD, you have the following rights:
the right to access your personal data in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR,
the right to rectify (correct) inaccurate data (Article 16 of the GDPR),
the right to erase data processed unlawfully and without justification (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances specified in Article 17 of the GDPR,
the right to restrict data processing (i.e., suspending operations on data or not deleting data – as appropriate to the application submitted) in cases indicated in Article 18 of the GDPR;
the right to object to the processing of data in cases indicated in Article 21 of the GDPR, which means that regardless of the rights listed in this document, you may at any time object to the processing of personal data, if the basis for using the data is our legitimate interest. In such a case, after considering your request, we will no longer be able to process your personal data subject to objection, unless we demonstrate the existence of valid legal grounds for processing, overriding the interests, rights, and freedoms of the person to whom the data relates, or grounds for establishing, investigating, or defending claims.
the right to data portability processed in an automated manner in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, which means that you have the right to demand that your personal data be transferred by us directly to another controller, if technically feasible.

Providing data for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract with ARTBUD is voluntary, however, the consequence of not providing data will be the inability to perform the contract.
The personal data obtained are used exclusively to provide the service. The data is not and will not be shared with third parties.
